Your purchase from our store/online store is confirmation that you have accepted our below Terms.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE/CREDIT NOTES
Please note that we do NOT offer refunds unless the product is faulty. We are happy to exchange or offer a store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Your return will only be accepted provided the following occurs:
* Items must be returned within 14 days

* Items must be returned with tags attached, and in their original packaging
* Returns will be not be processed for items that have been altered, worn or       washed
* SALE ITEMS ARE STRICTLY FIRM SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED so please choose carefully
* Jewellery and Swimwear cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

The return postage and/or associated shipping costs for an exchanged item will be at the cost of the purchaser.

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150*
Standard Shipping:  $12.00 flat rate for all orders under $150*
Express Post: $20.00 flat rate for all orders under $150*

New Zealand
Standard Shipping:  $35.00 flat rate*

*Postage costs exclude bulky, oversized, fragile or extremely heavy items. 
Such items will have a note in the product description indicating that further postage costs will apply, so please read carefully.

Once parcels have been dispatched customers will receive tracking notification. Tingo is not liable for loss or damage once the parcel has been posted and tracking no. sent. We take time to ensure all fragile items are packed properly to eliminate breakage/damage; as such refunds will not be issued if parcels are lost or damaged in transit.

CREDIT NOTES
Credit Notes are valid for a year from the date of issue.

GIFT VOUCHERS/CARDS
Gift vouchers are available both in store and online. Gift Cards are available in a variety of denominations to suit all budgets.

CLICK & COLLECT
Simply select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. When your order has been packed and is ready to be picked up we'll send an email notification.
